| Newest Additions to Our Fleet |
The new jets include two Challenger 604s and a Beechjet 400A. The three aircraft, ranging from a mid-size to large jets, are among the newest and most popular models available, representing our commitment to providing a world-class travel experience for our customers.
The Challenger 604 provides range, speed, sophistication, and style. With a capacity of eight passengers, the 604 has a range of 3,850 miles at a speed of .74 mach. They feature a deluxe gallery and lavatory, and its extremely low noise levels will be appreciated by every passenger.
The Beechjet 400A has an intercontinental range of 1,500 nautical miles and cabin seating for eight, with fully berthable seats that swivel up to 180 degrees.

| Meet Hawker Fleet Lead Nelson Massey |
He’s a veteran pilot with thirty-one years of commercial experience. He’s a native of Maine who can’t imagine living anywhere else, or giving up the variety of the many destinations he gets to fly to as a Delta Private Jets pilot.
When did you first say, “I want to be a pilot”?
I must have been around 5 years old, and started throwing balsa wood gliders into the air to see how far they would go.
What’s your favorite type of aircraft to fly?
Any of the Hawker series aircraft. I’ve been flying them since 1991 and they have very reliable airframes and engines.
What’s your favorite route to fly?
We never know where a member will want to go, so it’s always different. But the hunting and fishing destinations in northern Canada, Labrador, Newfoundland, and northern Quebec are the best. The landscape and the wildlife are unreal. Of course, so are the bugs in the summer!
What do your passengers like the most about flying with Delta Private Jets?
I think the fact that we carry a major airline brand gives them a sense of stability, reliability, and the comfort levels of safety that a known major airline would mandate.
Is there are dream flight or experience you’d one day like to attempt? Or something special you’d like to accomplish as a pilot?
To walk away from my last flight, still healthy with all my original body parts still attached, headed into retirement. That will work for me!
