Delta AirElite’s average pilot flight time exceeds 7,000 hours.
In more than 20 years of service, Delta AirElite has been accident-free, maintaining the highest operating standards and maintenance practices. Delta AirElite holds a “Platinum” rating with ARG/US, Inc., the industry’s most comprehensive safety audit provider.
Delta AirElite operates its own fleet of business jets that are dedicated to its Fleet Membership and Fleet Charter programs. In addition to these aircraft, Delta AirElite has developed relationships with select, top-tier third-party FAR Part 135 charter operators giving Delta AirElite access to more than 400 aircraft. If a Delta AirElite aircraft is not available, the Affiliate fleet, with aircraft based throughout the U.S., is always standing by to make sure you get where you need to go. Delta AirElite Affiliates must meet stringent guidelines set by third-party safety audit firm ARG/US, Inc., in addition to Delta AirElite’s own exacting standards for safety, security, and service.
Fleet Membership offers a choice of 10, 25, or 50 hours of occupied flight time on Delta AirElite’s fleet of light, midsize, and large cabin jets with guaranteed availability but without the costs or commitment of ownership. Members choose the amount of hours they want to purchase in the aircraft category that best fits their needs.
Flexjet 25 Jet Card offers 25 hours of occupied flight time in the customer’s choice of a Bombardier Learjet 45, Learjet 60, or Challenger 604 operated by Jet Solutions, LLC. Members receive 25 occupied hours in the specific Flexjet 25 program aircraft that best fits their needs.
Yes. Fleet Membership entitles you to instant Silver, Gold, or Platinum Medallion® status in Delta’s SkyMiles® program, providing prestigious benefits when flying with Delta Air Lines. In addition, all Fleet Membership two-way trips automatically qualify for our Efficiency Bonus™ , a program that rewards members with up to 35% more flying time.
Flexjet 25 not only offers access to the Flexjet 25 program fleet, but offers instant Platinum Medallion status, at any purchase level, in the Delta SkyMiles program.
To illustrate, a 50-Hour Fleet Member making a two-way trip between New York and Miami that absorbs six hours of occupied flight time expends only 4.4 hours of membership time. That’s because the member earned an Efficiency Bonus and was debited only 74% of actual flight time. So the member receives 1.6 hours of bonus flight time, which is like getting next week’s New York to Washington D.C. flight on the house!
Yes. If at any time you wish to increase hours or change aircraft, you may with either program.
Fleet Charter lets you choose from more than 400 state-of-the-art aircraft, as available, on a pay-as-you-go basis. You simply contact us when you need an aircraft. Charter pricing is calculated by multiplying the aircraft’s hourly retail charter rate times the total flight hours, while Fleet Membership and the Flexjet 25 jet card pricing is based on debiting “occupied” flight time only.
